Consignors will be responsible for checking to make sure none of the items brought to the sale have been recalled. Safety is our top priority and we will remove any item that has been recalled, any products that are likely to contain lead such as children's jewelry, painted metal toys or flimsy toys that are easily broken. Consignors will have to sign a waiver form that states their items to the best of their knowledge have not been recalled or contain lead.
